The road isn't paved and without a 4WD you have no chance of getting there in the wet season! Be careful when driving and consider that after rain, the creek in the picture will be flowing stronger and higher - the dirt roads will also become slippery when wet. We didn't get to see the waterfall (looked like heavy rain and we didn't want to offroad with a rental), but the pictures from others are proof enough that it would have been beautiful and well worth the trip out there
Short walk to the falls, good for 1/2 a day out.

What a gorgeous place. You can swim in the crystal clear creek down the bottom or hike up the top to explore the waterfalls flowing through the big boulders. Absolutely gorgeous! Toilets are in the carpark.
Beautiful falls great colours and scenery you can swim here. Be aware 8k of rough dirt road in. Take care. Slippery rocks and dangerous water holes. A 1km walk to base of falls but well worth the effort.
