I called them Wednesday end afternoon asking them an appointment for the next day. Despite that they were very busy they told me to come at 07:45 with my motorhome. I had a faulty alternator. With the part number they could not find a new one. So they had to pull it out. One found at Townsville. As they close Friday at 3 pm it was Monday at 8am that they replace the alternator. Very kind and professional. Thank
